Cheap hotels seem to be a great deal for the budget traveller. When researching a trip to the city of Roses in the north-east of Spain, I was quickly able to find a variety of hotels at a fraction of the cost of the others.
After looking into it, I found that there are a few reasons why cheap hotels are a good option for travelling to this city. Firstly, the city of Roses is small and easily walkable, so there is no need to spend money on transportation. Secondly, there are a number of great tourist attractions in the city that are free to visit, such as the Castillo de la Trinitat and the Parque Gran Capitán. Finally, the city is home to some wonderful beaches, which can be accessed for free if you are willing to walk a bit.
Overall, I believe that the city of Roses is a great destination for budget travellers, and that cheap hotels are the best way to enjoy it without breaking the bank.
